Can I get some ideas from Forum members about what steps I should take in washing, drying, and ironing shirts to minimize shrinkage. (I do my own shirts.) My concern centers primarily around sleeve length. I need a 35" sleeve for the shirt sleeve to clear my jacket sleeve by the preferred 1/4" - 1/2". Some of my new shirts have exactly 35" sleeves, so that I really need to keep shrinkage pretty close to zero to avoid problems down the road. I realize aiming for zero shrinkage is unrealistic, but how can I keep it to a minimum?
