I have been reading a lot about Marinella ties on this forum and browsed their website a while ago. I was disappointed to see that they now also sell fragrances, shoes, watches and sunglasses! Now isn't this a classic example of brand dilution / profit enhancing which other mainstream designers like Armani, Zegna suffer from? I would like to buy my stuff from specialists and have been a little put off by Marinella' broad product offering. I can understand combining ties with shirts but watches, fragrances and sunglasses? What do other members think?
