I do not know of any, but I wore 501s all my life. However, I just got a pair of Texas Jeans (made in North Carolina). I love them. They are not dad jeans.

Tellason still makes everything in San Francisco. The two Stock models are a lot cheaper than the multitude of selvedge ones (and are still nice 14 oz. non-selvedge sanforized Cone Mills denim), but they are in a separate section on the site. These are my favorite jeans by far.
Try Brave Star Selvage…great jeans at a nice price…all button fly!
And made in Los Angeles…I own two pair…
