Greetings, I remember seeing it on various Traddy blogs/tumblr - it's sort of a diagram that gives the overall design/ratios of a 3/2 roll jacket. It's blue toned. It's sort of tongue-in-cheek.

Has anyone seen this or remembers this? Or has it? I need it. thanks!

If you try googling with this phrase:

Ogee curve in a roll TNSIL sport coat

you can see there is one picture, although very small, that kind of shows a curve of a 3-roll-2 jacket and its curve. It is on the pinterest site, which I always have a tough time to check the images...

Is this the image?

It's on this blog site, which you need to be invited to join:

Here's a sketch which shows the same "curve":

To be honest, though, those images don't really say much. Traditional American jackets are much more about the shoulders and lack of darts/scythes than any curve of the 3/2 roll or lapels or front quarters. I have several non-sack, padded sports jackets with the same curve. As for any similarity or echoing in ties, collars, or shoes, it's just imaginary.

EDIT: It strikes me that the reductive(?) approach of those images is very much a Japanese sort of thing, when, really, the overall silhouette is more important.
