I have recently seen some shirts in a high-end menswear store here (Vancouver) from some Italian designers I'm not that familiar with, although have seen some of their shirts before. One is Ferre (the studio line) that are quite well-priced here ($80 US); another is Etro (again quite reasonable). Two others are Ricci and Soprani. I suspect the Ferre and Etro shirts are quite decent; I'm not sure about the others. Do any forum readers/contributors have some opinions about the style and quality of shirts from these makers? I don't expect to see Borrelli, Brioni, Isaia, Kiton, et al., quality from these lines, but how good are they?
