And if you pick the La Vera, how much would you offer seller to make it a deal they could not refuse you than the asking price? Thanks for any advice. Ya you did and I do appreciate your input/suggestion, but 1 reply doesn't give me the consensus I'm looking for to make this decision. Plus I'm trying to get an idea if someone can tell me what a fair offer is for the La vera than their asking price. Sorry, I should have mentioned your reply in redoing this thread
