Thank you for your enquiry.

We do not use large, Hong Kong based, vertically integrated garment vendors for our shirt manufacture. JSG has its own shirt making facility regarded as one of the finest shirt factories globally. We source our own fabrics and bespoke quality trims from the best mills and accessory suppliers in the world and make our shirts to the same exacting standards as the old Jermyn Street artisans. The mill we principally use specializes in two-ply yarns and uses almost exclusively USA long-staple cotton.

Our website offers a platform for our standard made to order shirts where you can choose your shirt fit, sleeve length, collar style and cuff style. However, we can accommodate most other made to measure requirements at no additional cost. We can supply our shirts using non-fusible, English interlinings if a customer requires. Please email us with your made to measure queries before placing an order.

Thank you. I'm glad to hear you can do unfused English interlinings. Can you do different collar and cuff styles? I prefer to wear a very high collar.

Oooh interesting.

So would I be able to request something like a "cooper collar", varying cuff widths, sleeve lengths? Button Down collar lengths and spread?

@FiscalDean - Thank you for your enquiry.

RRP stands for Recommended Retail Price.

By taking advantage of our very competitive multi buy prices, we offer outstanding value for money without compromising on the quality of the fabric and trims and on the quality of the make of the shirt. The RRP highlights conservatively the price you would normally pay for a similar quality product in the marketplace.

Thanks again for your interest.

Although the JSG label might be unfamiliar to US customers, JSG has been supplying shirts to the EU, AU & NZ marketplaces under various brand labels for over 20 years. We have a large MTM archive of designs we have made over the years, so we probably have made a collar and cuff similar or identical to what you require. If you can send us some images of what you require using the email address shown on our website with a brief explanation, we will confirm if we can meet your request.

Thank you for your enquiry.

We can accommodate most made to measure requirements including varying collar styles, collar lengths & spreads, cuff styles & cuff widths and sleeve lengths.

We have made the Cooper Collar previously, so a version of this collar style might be possible.

Awesome, this is great news, thanks for getting back to me.

I was thinking of something like this, I heard it's generally more expensive and uses a lot more cloth?

Basically the placket and collar are one piece.

Also, where are the shirts manufactured? I ask because the tax bandits charge me 40% on anything made outside of North America and most European countries.

@delicious_scent - That's one impressive looking shirt. The placket and collar look like they are extremely well constructed -- no droopy collar or placket.

If our friends at Jermyn Street Guild can make such a shirt for you, I'd very much like to see the final result!

@delicious_scent - The fabric yield for a shirt with a Cooper Collar would be pretty much the same as for our standard shirt styles. There would be no additional charge if we were to make our standard shirt fits with the Cooper Collar.

We have our own factory in Vietnam that has made for the world's premium labels since 1997. We see you are Canadian, so there should be no import duty payable if we ship to you in Canada from Vietnam. Canada is a TPP (Trans-Pacific Partnership) member country, so theoretically there should be no duty payable on goods imported into Canada from the other 10 TPP member countries, including Vietnam. Please check with Canadian Customs.

Our current pattern form for this collar is not the same as your image. We would need to receive your shirt sample to make the collar form the same as what you require. We would return your shirt sample back to you with your shirt order.

If you decide to place an order with us, we recommend you place an order for one shirt initially. After you are comfortable with the fit and our quality, you can then place further orders with confidence

Amazing that you can offer MTM at no additional cost.

We make a new pattern for each order regardless if any alterations are required to our standard patterns and regardless if a customer has ordered previously. The cost of a new pattern has already been incorporated into the shirt prices we offer.
