Excuse me if this has been covered already - I tried a few searches and got nothing.

Its my understanding that many jackets have an interlining at the end of the sleeve near the cuff. I am assuming this can either be fusible or canvas. I have a RTW jacket on today; an old alterations tailor that I used to use removed the fusible from the end of one sleeve when he was shortening it. I don't like this; one sleeve cuff is "floppy" compared to the other. I am taking the jacket in to my new alterations tailor for some small adjustments - will he be able to put a new interlining in the sleeve cuff in question? FWIW, the jacket is an older RL Black Label (circa 2005). Nice jacket and decently made but obviously not top notch. Am I crazy for wanting this done?
