[Super80s]

Im getting a little rusty and need to brush up on Italian/European sizing.......i.e. how on earth do the jacket and trouser sizing correlate as and how they are determined??? i.e. a size 56 is equivelant to a 40 reg (or somthing!??!)

Any help would be much appreciated
