I love my Isaia suits.
They fit trim, although I have a somewhat athletic build. I take a 44R in a Brooks Brothers suit, but I find that I need a 46R in Isaia. I'm 6'0", 215 lbs.
The pants are low rise, flat front. That may or may not be for you.
Also, sleeves are basted, so you will need a tailor to attach the buttons, or stich buttonholes if that's what you want.
As for construction, they are fully canvassed. [I've seen it with my own two eyes, my tailor having insisted on seeing for himself after I told him what I paid.]
I highly recommend them.
Finally, the one you have selected here is ugly as hell. Brown and pink? Chose something timeless, like gray or navy. Don't do something stupid to obtain a label.
If you insist on being creative, do it with a sportcoat, not a suit.
