Presumably they have to - part of their executive duty to promote the company. It would be interesting, though, to find out what they wear in their spare time.

Quite likely their own version of bespoke, If I worked in one of the companies I would try to make a pair for myself.

I doubt clients would be allowed to see me with them though, something about the use of string, sellotape and staples may just conflict with the required image.
