Is it appropriate to wear a silver belt buckle with a navy blazer that has brass buttons?
Interesting question. My take is depends on the type of belt buckle. If dress, likely fine. If a pronounced, more showy buckle, probably not. Look at it in the mirror. Of course also depends if you intend to wear the jacket unbuttoned. Is it appropriate to wear a silver belt buckle with a navy blazer that has brass buttons?
What do you mean when you say "No to topic"?No to topic yes to post.
Predictable....mismatching is certainly not "wrong" in the way buttoning the bottom button on a suit or sport jacket is wrong.
in the fifties and sixties I always had three button jackets, but they were usually cut so that at least the top two could be buttoned, sometimes the bottom one as well, without rumpling anything.Predictable.
