I don't know if, as I have read that seersucker suits are faux pas before Memorial Day (and by the way, seersuckers look AWESOME, I think. I'm looking to get one), that khakis are faux pas as well. But I just couldn't wear jeans (the office is fairly casual) and I was not wearing wool. So instead of shorts

I am wearing khakis and a white button down with the sleves rolled up.
Is this too much? Should I have waited the 2-3 more weeks? I feel it must be mentioned that my office is also a furnace with no A/C yet, so it is 5 degrees hotter in her than it already is outside (which is around 80 [V])
If I am doing anything drastically wrong, someone please inform me.
