Has anyone in the U.S. had experience ordering through the N&L website? There is at least one negative comment on the Style Forum and I've had my share of frustration with other UK websites (e.g. the now defunct Tanner Krolle website) while other websites (e.g. Pediwear for Crockett & Jones) have been positive. Thanks.
