A well-chosen coat must neither be too short nor too long. The coat length is based on the size of your body. It should preferably end a hand's breadth above the knee. This length has a visually elongating effect.

Flat out mortifying is more like it. Unless I have an financial emergency where not paying it off is, in anyway, dangerous, you couldn’t pay me anything to wear that abomination.
