+1 -- 1.75Generally, 1.5-1.75". I'm not a fan of the big 2" cuff, not with my 30" inseam.
That's the spirit. It really does work, with the additional weight giving the pant leg a cleaner line. AAAC put me on to the right path, but I never believed it until I tried it! BillHmmmmm....thinking I need to try 1.75" now. My tailor always does 1.5", but gonna try a larger cuff.
Cheers.
I agree with you 100%. Nothing, and I mean nothing will make short legs look even shorter and heavier than a big 2" cuff. I have always opted for the 1.5" and thats as big as I can go without looking like Gary Coleman.:icon_smile_big:Generally, 1.5-1.75". I'm not a fan of the big 2" cuff, not with my 30" inseam.
I am glad you aren't my client!! :icon_smile_big:1.5 seemed like it wasn't enough and 1.75 seemed at tad much (I'm approx. 5'9") so I split the difference and went with 1.625 (1 5/8). I'm happy with my decision. My tailor must think I'm crazy, perhaps he's right.
I think you'll like them, once I took the plunge on one pair, anything less than 1.75" just didn't look right.Hmmmmm....thinking I need to try 1.75" now. My tailor always does 1.5", but gonna try a larger cuff.
