WTB: about 5-10 rep ties. BB preferred, but whatever. XL preferred, but whatever. Good condition without stains, please. I prefer predominantly blues and reds.

As some of you know, I left my previous career as a professor to become a physician assistant. I ended up taking a job as a hospitalist which means that I can wear nice shirts and ties under my white coat. However, some days I am lazy and just wear scrubs. Whatever.

PM me please.

No reds or XL, but I have 3 New BB Repps.

Outerwear Dress shirt Textile Sleeve Collar

And a hardly used BB Argyle Sutherland.

Let me know if you're interested (PM), or anyone else for that matter.
(*tried to PM you, wouldn't let me for some reason - apologies!)

I've got about a million in my tie archives that I'd be happy to unload and even have some XL I believe. I'm away from home until after New Years but shoot me a pm around that time and I'll set you up.

And you moved from CA to FL and after 10 years of going avatar-less have blown through two very bad ones in the past few months. Nevertheless, send me your address and I'll see that you get a free hand full of very nice repps and one not-so repp, to try and knock you out of that Trad thing.

I have received your Privileged Communication and of course will not reveal its contents except to say I don 't believe for a minute that Bernie Sanders is transitioning and to let you know the postal plane only leaves Maine once a fortnight and as it wings its way south to Florida, Eagle, who in retirement has little else to do but plane spotting, may call you when it goes over Harmony where ever that is. On board is a small packet labeled 'Crack', a little joke for the postal authorities, keeps 'em on their toes, and when you finally receive it, remember, they go around your neck not your waist; only a rube buttons the bottom button and wears ties for belts.

(Tie trivia. I speak truth now. My father, who was impeccably well dressed [and who would be 107 tomorrow if they celebrated birthdays in Hell] could not tie a necktie, on himself. Only on others. Weird I know. So each morning after buttoning up a highly starched shirt that in a hurricane could be used to prevent window breakage, would tie his necktie loosely on a door knob then slip it over his head onto his neck. Honest. I on the other hand can tie a perfect Pratt blindfolded, but have no idea what to do with a door knob. Funny that. Turn, push, pull, bang? Dunno.

Peak and Pine, you are perhaps the only 'original Hippie' that I consider a friend...a very likeable sort, for sure! As for Harmony's location in central Florida, Orlando based Disney World is almost in Harmony's back yard. Should you ever be visiting the Park, swing on by. Quoting Tom Beaudette, "we'll leave the light on for you," but watch out for our pet gators! LOL. ;)

Many thanks, P&P! I had hoped for used ties to drag over patient's guts and gore rather than spend hard-earned loot on news ties, only to be dragged over guts and gore. It is actually true about the cheese whiz. I often take it to parties to look the rube. While my hosts stare at the tube of dairy product, I pocket their aged brie -- who is the sucker now?

Aw shucks, it was nothing. Besides, I like to see my medical people well attired. Speaking of which...

I may be unique here, but I hates it truly when others talk about their medical problems. Blaaaagh. Basically, I don't give a s**t. Not a doctor, spill your woes on someone else. So, with that in mind may I please share a medical mishap of my own that landed me --- for the first time ever --- in a hospital. You heard right: EVER, as in ever-in-my seven-decades-old life. For five days. Last November. $23,000 worth. Mercy Hospital, Portland, Maine. Taken there from the Portland JetPort where I was awaiting a plane to Las Vegas.
Diagnosis: anaplasmosis. Wassat, you say? It's a condition resulting from being bitten by an infected tick. And very unpleasant.

Now, speaking of plane trips...

Hippie? Moi? Bernie Sanders tattoo give it away? (Currently being redone to tout Elizabeth Warren.)

O jeezus what you have wrought. Will be in Orlo January 29,30,31. Promise not to invade the Eagle's nest, but would enjoy a short half-hour at a neutral location. Am partial to Starbucks, if they still let you drive. If not I can pick you up, I have a car (trunk, live rabbits, stand back). I'll be the good looking one. You, I imagine, will be the one in the Make America Great Again cap.

Beginning this coming Saturday the wife and I will be on a brief mission trip with the Church, that may keep us on the road through the end of January. If we get back early, I'll try to get the word to you, so that we might enjoy a cup of Joe!
