Ok. I've read around the board, and am off to HK in a week or so.

I'm looking for someone who can tell me the top 5 tailors in Hong Kong.
I want both suit and shirt specialists, and have time to go to multiple shops.

I will be bringing some special fabrics from NYC.

My fantasy is to find someone who can make a Paul Smith style suit that will fit my 46L 6'3" body.

Tips Please!

My top 5 are:

WW Chan, A-Man Hing Cheong, H Baromon, Gordon Yao, Kiwa.

WW Chan don't do CMT, Kiwa will do but don't like to make CMT. No idea H Baromon will do it or not, but they will not make Paul Smith style.
Paul Smith style isn't diffcult to copy, but do you have the colorful lining?

JLibourel,

Yes, not much people talk about Kiwa. They don't do ad, don't travel, don't accept interview, and their price is same as Chan and A-Man if not higher. The owner and tailors used to work in A-Man few decades ago.
