This topic may start another ferocious debate but I wanted to get some opinions on the overall fit and quality of Hilditch & Key shirts. I currently wear Turnbull & Asser's RTW line. I especially love the cut of T&A shirts- slim and tapered. I am a slim guy (36chest, 27-28waist) and most dress shirts tend to be too loose and blousy on me. But T&A's RTW fits just right.
However, given T&A's starting price of $250, the H&K price of 45 pounds (subtracting VAT would further reduce the price) seems like a bargain. I particularly like their blue gingham check, full cutaway (Prince) french cuff shirt.
So, here are my questions:
1. How would an H&K shirt fit compared to a T&A?
2. How does H&K's RTW quality compare to T&A RTW?
3. Has anyone ordered from their website? What is their customer service like? Currently, you can either phone in your credit card info, or fax it in. How safe is this?
4. What is the price in pounds for a basic T&A shirt if you order it from their Jermyn Street store? I'm wondering if this option is cheaper than buying T&A at retail here.

Thanks,
Sam
