The ankle opening on the size 48 (33 in waist) is tight at 15 1/4 inches. The thigh of 24 is acceptable to me, but could be a problem for those with more developed thighs.
Not a skinny fit, but despite the nice rise, they are trim. For a dress trouser, I would prefer another 2 inches in the thigh for better drape, and another 1-2 inches at the ankle.
Sadly, these must be a pass for me.
