Around 2007-2010 I bought my wife a pair of handmade women's gloves based on the recommendation of the Forum. They were by far the best quality gloves she ever had and only now, something like 7-10 years later, are they wearing out.

As far as I recall, they were a family business.

I am scratching my head at the name of the store. I can't even remember the name of the city they were in (Florence? Naples?). Does anyone remember a small-ish Italian leather goods maker that specialized in gloves?

Edit: Sorry guys, I did more sleuthing and they were Madova Gloves from Florence. https://www.madova.com/

My mistake!

Glad that you were able to rediscover Madova. Have purchased their wares and found, like you, that they are a first rate glover.
