Approaching 2 months since last haircut and the situation is getting desperate.
My hair has some natural curl and I still have a full head of hair. (Thank goodness -- I was not blessed with height, so I have to have good hair. -- for reasons well documented in social science research.)
What are folks doing?
a) Self-cut
b)spouse-cut
c) just shave it all
d) attempt to control with "product"
e) embrace your inner hippie.

I have had my hair cut neat and trim every three weeks by the same lady for the past 27 years.

I feel bad for her and I feel bad for myself. I've had my wife trim the hair on my neck, so far. I'm not sure what it may come to.

I started out this social distancing adventure with a decidedly severe "high-n-tight" cut. The hair is growing out and frankly, I cannot remember ever wearing my hair this length, but it is marginally still manageable. As mentioned by member 127.72 MHz, my wife is shaving the back of my neck and trimming the longer hairs trying to push over my ears and she (Mrs Eagle) has been offering to give me a more complete cut. However, things are going to have to get a lot more desperate, before we cross that bridge! LOL. ;)

My wife cut my hair for years. About 2 years ago, she talked me into using the same person who does her hair. Since we've missed our last two appointments due to the shutdown, she has "cleaned up" my neck, ears and eye brows. I'm hoping things open up soon. However, I do like saving some money, especially since I've been folically challenged for at least 50 years.

I wish I could train the poodle to use my clippers. I'd give myself a buzz cut if I could figure out where to let all the hair fall for sweeping.

My son and I share a set of professional electric clippers and some related haircutting accessories. I have cut my own hair since the pandemic started and would say I am able to do a respectable job of tapering and blending my conservative hair style; and I am picky about haircuts. My mother always cut my father's hair because he would drive the barber (and also his tailor) crazy with complaints. Maybe I inherited her skills.

My ER nurse-neighbor said she can handle any emergency at the hospital but really butchered the haircut she gave her husband. It was so bad that he wore a baseball cap to work for three weeks. Two unrelated skills sets, apparently.

I hope to get a haircut in either Ohio or Indiana tomorrow. (I live about 90 minutes away.) I have a funeral for my father on Wednesday. He was always immaculate when he dressed up.

I suppose that if I can't find a barbershop that is open and not too crowded, I'll just drive back home and deal with the funeral as my hair is. There are worse things. My hair has not been cut in 3 1/2 months and it's getting uncomfortable as well as looking shaggy. (I will avoid a barbershop that appears crowded. I don't want to invite the virus; I'm 63.)

Have you trained your poodle to hunt, like Uncle Si, on Duck Dynasty? All kidding aside, we have close friends with poodles and my sister & BIL have two (all have black Mercedes, also). We were left with BMW's and beagles!
