Yes, you can put a white collar and cuffs on gingham ....

I have a blue and a purple with white collar and cuffs. They are rtw and came that way. You should have them put on French cuffs though. I want to try that firm on some of my older shirts. Let me know how they do.

Pay no attention to the more conservative members ....

They haven't tried anything different since 1950. Put the white collar and cuffs on the shirt and wear it with confidence.
