Gianluca Isaia suit

Hi, I just bought a Gianluca Isaia Napoli suit from Nordstrom rack (their outlet store) for around $650. Original tag says it was $2,395. The material is super 130 wool very soft. It fits me very well therefore I bought it. Does anyone knows anything about this brand. I think the only alteration I need is to make a hem cuff on pants plus put the buttons on the sleeve. Should I go with working sleevehole? I work in mid town around 49th St & Lexington. Does anyone knows any good tailor in mid town area to do this? I don't want to bring it to the local dryclean to do this nice suit.
