As @delicious_scent posted, the armhole isn't right. It's too narrow and is being pulled out of shape.
The fit of the jacket's rear is significantly off. Notice how the vents are flaring out? They should look vertical from the side.
The button stance also looks about 1.5-2 inches too high.
I don't have confidence that they can make a jacket any better for your body.
