Who makes a good pleated formal shirt (with a tennis collar)?
I am particularly interested in who makes a shirt with a tab toward the bottom to button behind the fly of the tux pants to prevent the pleated front from riding up.
Also, assuming one uses plain black studs, should they rims of those studs be gold/brass in color, or silver in color?
Should one go for a 5- or 10-pleat shirt?
