I know you are talking about formalwear but, if this is what you mean, then I think it looks ridiculous.

No, I just mean are we aware of any stylistic icons since Beau Brummell through today who have done this and looked good.

Like this guy. He looks good.

Who is this guy? Is he a pop star? He looks vaguely familiar...

It's from the Ben Silver catalog. I just can't see trying to cram my large gloves in that tiny pocket.

I though I had seen him somewhere.

So, I guess we don't know any stylistic icons who have done this sucessfully...
