My first and probably obvious assumption was that they're Chuck Taylor All-Stars. But on closer inspection, the tread is different (from what little can be seen.) Nevertheless, I have a pair of Chuck Taylor's hiking boots, and they're almost identical. There's a backup option for you.

I did find this pair on Zappos. Seem pretty close, but not exact.
