Do Leather Shoes Really Get Better With Age?

Hi everyone,

I’ve always heard people say that a good pair of leather shoes actually improves the longer you wear them they mold to your feet, develop character, and can last for years with the right care. I’m curious if that’s true in your experience.
Do you find your older leather shoes more comfortable and stylish over time, or do you prefer buying new pairs to keep things fresh? Also, what’s your go-to way of keeping them in good condition?
Would love to hear your thoughts (and maybe see some photos of your favorite worn-in pairs).
So...you are a vendor? Aren't you supposed to know the answers to most of these questions? Seems you're asking questions a first time shoe purchaser would ask of a vendor. You sell leather items but have no clue as to how leather wears and ages?
