Still dont find the right fabrics for it,someone say the button was made by cording the silk thread like a passamentrie,this is the picture

Oh. That's a special fabric woven specifically for use in covered buttons (and quite beautiful). You'd probably have to check with the 1800s and see if that century has any loose ones laying around. After that check etsy.com.
