I've had two in my time, one was labeled DAKs and was a reasonably well made fused jacket. The other was Geiger DAKs which was much better quality and fully canvassed. This was going back about ten years and the Geiger DAKKs is still going strong. The DAKs went south when the fusing died a death.
I have a few DAKS jackets given to me by my father. All date from the 1970's, all still going strong. One is a two buttoned blue blazer with three patch pockets. Here are the two tweeds, the brown one has nice features, such as leather surrounded buttonholes (I'm sure there's a better term for it than that):
