Several pro dry cleaners have told me these sorts of creases are often not possible to press out. Seems odd to me, but multiple different pros have struck out on a jacket with similar issues.

I just had few suit jackets altered and when i look at the back, there are some crease and quite noticable at the arm connection and under arm hole. Is this normal?
