What's the general consensus on contrasting collars/cuffs (white collar/cuff on blue, yellow, etc.)? I personally like the french blue with both collars and cuffs white. There are also ones with simply the collar white. Should the contrasting cuffs always be french cuffs? Collar style--spread or medium (regular?)? What about patterns (typically stripes) with the contrast? Also, always with a suit and tie or not necessary?
