I love my Paul Evans oxblood chukka's (https://www.paulevansny.com/products/the-newman-chukka-boot-oxblood) and am leaning strongly toward the shearling-lined version of the Cheaney's that @Flanderian posted above. Chelsea's don't do it for me and I haven't enough experience with Jodhpurs to have a strong opinion.
