I'll be in Chicago for a CE meeting in October and have allowed some time for the art museum and shopping. Paul Stuart is on my list, but are there any must-visit men's stores that should be included? I'll be staying on Wacker near the river and will be on foot.

There's Syd Jerome on LaSalle street and Monroe. Also on Oak Street (where you'll find one of two PS stores in Chicago) there's Independence Clothing (a bit hipster but they carry North Sea Clothing), Loro Piana and Barney's.

There's also Fredrick Lynn on Huron but it's not strictly men's.

If you need some restaurant suggestions let me know!

Optimo if you're in the market for a custom hat.
And Leffot is right down the hall. While you're there, there's another Paul Stuart on LaSalle street, though smaller, and across in the Rookery is Brooks Brothers.

I realize BB is not exactly a destination but I've always received great service there and the tailor is excellent!

Thanks. Leffot sounds like a good idea. I've always admired their website.

LOL. Over the years I spent a lot of time and even more money shopping the BB store in the Rookery Building! ;)
