Cheaney shoes is owned by Church's (at least the last time I checked about 2 years ago). Everyone knows that Church's reputed to have dropped in quality since being taken over by Prada in 1999. Has anyone noticed a decline in the quality of Cheaney shoes as well? I've heard Church's downgraded the quality of their leather, but that doesn't mean they changed Cheaney at all. I bought a pair in 1998 which are wonderful, but have not seen any since. Does anyone have more recent experience?
