Hi guys, I'm trying to figure out how the fit is on these shirts. Not interested in super slim fit, because I'll be wearing them to work, and want to be comfortable, also because I'm mid 30's and trying to dress my age.

Shirt : Lands End sail rigger. Free with gift card, so I'm happy to spend a bit on tailoring.

I tried three sizes: med-tall, large, and large-tall. Med-tall was really tight, so not pictured. I washed and hang dried them, no undershirt in these pics. Both sizes seem a bit puffy in the arm and body to me.

Arm length in the large seems pretty close, but maybe borderline short, and I'm afraid they'll shrink over time to be too short. Large-tall seems too long though. I'm not sure about length in the body? I'll mostly be wearing them tucked.

Blue is large-tall, striped is large.

I think they both look fine on you. An OCBD should be a bit of a loose fit, it's a causal shirt and not meant have a tailored fit.

I'm wearing a Square Rigger right now. I'm a 17/34 and a Large fits perfectly.

Thanks, have you noticed any shrinkage on it? I'm 17/36 so I'm wondering if the sleeves on the large will shrink up too much over time.

No, I haven't. The sleeves are still a tad long but I don't think they're 36".

Mine from at least 5 years ago fit me perfectly. I am a rather large fellow and I like my shirts to have some room in them. They fit much like the shirts BB were making a couple of decades ago.

Have they brought these back? I have 3 that I have worn once a week for at least 5 years. They are fantastic in my opinion.
