Can anyone reccomand an MTM program?

Can someone shed light on the MTM programs of Brooks Brothers, Polo, Paul Smith or Hikey Freeman? In reference to their models, fabric choice, construction and workmanship? I am looking for suits in the range of $1200 - $1500. Any other comparable brands?
