I'm not an expert, nor did I sleep at a Holiday Inn Express, but I'm going to say it's not real based on the checked lining. The standard pattern is three blue lines with a single red line on center. I cannot see the knight logo in the image very well, but it looks sloppy. I would, however, seek a second opinion...

I'm no expert either, but I guess I've seen enough Burberry plaid out in the world to know immediately from the thumbnail that it looks wrong. Also, as others have noted, the tag is wrong (I think they use an apostrophe, but I could be misremembering that). I was also a bit amused that the seller of the counterfeit couldn't be bothered to remove the loose thread in the first photo.
