Hi I always wonder how some people get so many same size clothes in a very low price and sell them on eBay etc. Why I can't know where to get them?

There should still be thrift stores in the UK.
Not helpful but interesting: When I worked part time at a Polo/RL store in the US, we got lots of Japanese in buying large quantities at full price, and re-selling them in Japan at an even higher price!
One of my first customer did not speak much English, but undeterred, I enthusiastically showed him around. He finally stopped at some denim shirts and pointed. I ask "What size?" and he said "All of them!". A single sale over $6000.
I learned basic Japanese!

You have charity shops, jumble sales and car boot sales. Same thing.
