Brooks Brothers shirt shoulder sizing

I'm new here, so hoping this is an acceptable question.

I have a problem with the detailed fit of Brooks Brothers shirts. It would be easier to solve by trying things on in a store, but with current COVID restrictions it's all happening through mail order... so I'd like to increase my chances of getting it right without too many iterations of sending things back and forth.

I've lost some weight and my BB Madison fit shirts are now way too loose and hang like sacks from the armpits down. So I ordered some Regent fit shirts and the fit in the torso is good, but the shoulders are too small, like ½ to 1 inch on each side.

I'm 6'2", 185 pounds who now has a 15.5" neck and 34" sleeves (down from 16.5" neck before the weight loss). I'm wondering if I ease the neck to 16" if the shoulders will be built wider or if I am basically just out of luck on BB because of my shoulders (which I guess are a little wide... I am certainly not super muscular at this point in my life).

Insight appreciated!

Thanks,
David

I have found this website to be helpful with sizing Brooks shirts in the various fits. Not sure if the chest measurement necessarily equates to shoulders but I'd think they go together:
