I'm wondering what year these BB tags are from. I'm also curious about the black BB tag, if it was part of a collection or something. Thanks.

I am of no help on your question. I shopped mainly at Brooks from the late sixties until their upheaval in the early eighties. None of those labels look familiar. The one on the bottom but in white reminds me a bit of the labels in their dress shirts in my era. The second one down but in black with white lettering was a popular tag in that era, more likely found inside the collar on suits and jackets.

A Google search for "Brooks Brothers tags" revealed all sorts of tags dating from the 1940s or earlier up to recent decades. Here's one:
