Today I went to an outlet and was able to pick up a 1818 Non-Iron Slim-Fit shirt for $20 and one for $30!

I was in the Potomac Mills outlet yesterday and much to my surprise there was quite a bit of clearance items from the regular stores (non-346 items). A lot of items were an additional 50% off the already marked down prices. I picked up a slim fit shirt for $19.99 and a couple of ties for $23 each.

Yes, you can really find some good deals, although it really is hit or miss whether there will be any shirts in your size.

At the outlet I visited in PA, there maybe 2 or 3 different styles of 1818 Slim-Fit shirts (~10qty each), and probably an equal number of 1818 Traditional-Fit shirts. Some great deals were to be found in the clearance rack.

Lucky for you guys. The BB outlet here only stocks the 346 stuff and never has slim fit shirts.

^On most finds, I suspect it is just the luck of the draw. On Wednesday, in our local BB outlet store, I found one of their retail store OCBD's. While they had none to fit me, they did have one that would fit my brother in law, perfectly. We left the store with an $80 shirt in hand, purchased for only $17 (including tax!).

It may be that there are only three stores within 300 miles of the outlet, but the last time I called they said they never receive items from retail stores and that their stock is entirely 346. Like I said, you guys are lucky. =)

Wrentham Massachusetts

I was at the Wrentham premium outlets in Wrentham, MA yesterday and they still have a ton of great sale items and the sale will be on until Monday. They were unloading an entire crate of Golden Fleece dress shirts marked at 50% off the lowest price (which was $99.99). $50 for a GF dress shirt isn't bad at all. They also tend to have a ton of Retail items there like 1818 and GF suits, outerwear, Black Fleece items like a grey flannel suit for $1700 plus 50% off. I'm not a fan of the GF shirts but they had some nice colors and patterns. They had a few GF suits in glen plaid for far less than $1000.

I was in NH at the Tilton outlet over Christmas and picked up a retail 3b sack khaki suit for $70 and some makers ties for $15. They had more retail ties and shirts and blazers and sport coats than the other shops I've been too, but not much else. No suits other than the 346 and the 8 or so khaki suits they had.

Just giving you guys a head's up if you wanted to head out for some deals. The Wrentham Hickey Freeman also had a special on shirts and ties. I picked up two nice ties for $20 each. They had HSM Gold suits for $350 and HF suits for $500.
