Brooks Brothers Experience

I was two shirts from brooks the other day and noticed that on the counter next to the register, they were selling little vials of collar stays. Those tiny plastic sticks were being sold! Can't they just give them away? Maybe it is just me, but charging for little things like that makes me think less of Brooks and their clothing quality.
