Brioni tie-Legitimacy of ebay seller and item

Found this handsome Brioni tie on ebay and was wonder what you all think of the legitimacy of the seller and item. To his/her credit, the seller does not have any negative feedback. But the fact that the item is in Lebanon makes me suspicious. What do you think?
