I picked up this Burberry's not too long ago and took it through the usual fitting/alteration process with my tailor. It was listed as 40 S wool. Little-to-no evidence of prior use. Investigation suggests it was obviously made before 1999 when Burberry's became Burberry. It was sold through Saks Fifth Avenue. The company is English, but began to farm out some of it's production in the 1970s(??) to the United States and a couple other places. I can't get much information on this coat itself (very little info on the jacket itself) and would appreciate any insight that can be provided.here. I like the jacket and believe it goes extremely well with navy pants.
