Many of my blazers have a common problem: The area on my upper arms just below the shoulder seams are depressed/deflated. I know I should probably be lifting weights to solve that problem. But since that's out of the question, what's a man to do? Is the problem with the fabric quality or the shoulder construction? Perhaps my shoulder-to-shoulder measurement should be a half-inch smaller than what every tailor tells me it should be?
