I bought an HSM blazer online, and it rolled under the neck off the rack. My tailor made the adjustment and the shoulders feel too tight now. Is this sometimes a byproduct of the adjustment? I normally need this adjustment made, but this is the first time the shoulders seemed to have tightened.

Is there a way to correct this, or prevent it in the future?

When there is a roll below the collar usually the correct alteration is to lower the collar and reduce the collar points. This will not affect the shoulder width.
