I'm shopping for a black leather sneaker with white sole.

I'm used to all black (including sole) but I've seen that the white sole makes them more interesting (formal or informal). So if you have something to say about white vs black sole please jump in... I'd use them with black shorts, jeans, chinos, etc.

Were the decision mine to make, I would opt for the Adidas you are considering. I have literally worn out perhaps 30+ pairs of Adidas over the years and I have yet to be disappointed. Just saying......
