Bill's khaki question

Have any of you ever had a problem with cuffs fraying on the inside?

My tailor (alterations lady really) simply used pinking shears and then did a "regular cuff." She said that pinking protects against fraying. Well, after laundering 10 times or so, I noticed long threads hanging down. I simply cut them off, but my concern is that in time they will fray to the point the stitching will "fall out" of the cuff and I will have to get them redone and they will be too short.

Anyone else see this?
